Examples and Templates
**Template and example information is now available once you have logged in to the EDA app, on a dedicated Templates page. This user guide page will be retired at a future date.**
These examples are provided to illustrate how different features of an experimental design can be represented as EDA diagrams. Only the information included in the text descriptions is included on the diagrams as the examples are not meant to represent a complete experimental plan but to illustrate specific points.
Each example is associated with a template, from which most experiment-specific information has been removed. The purpose of the templates is to provide diagrams that users can use as a starting point. Users should not be tempted to match their experiments to the examples and templates, and are encouraged to think constructively about the best approach to their experimental question, using the advice provided in the EDA web application and on this website.
